In recent years, Europe has experienced extreme weather events with record-breaking hail and catastrophic flooding events caused by torrential rainfall.

TIM aims to examine the processes that lead to such severe convective events.

Weather services and authorities are invited to test their models, warning systems and disaster prevention concepts within the campaign.
